I am writing this letter to tell you how I rate EB Game's service and your products. You see many times over the years I have gone to EB games to buy one of your products and not one time turned out satisfactory. A couple times I go in and when I go to buy a game the employees roll their eyes then ignore me for a few minutes. When I get tired and about to leave finally they ask me if I would like to buy the game then I just agree trying not to make a scene. One time I also bought a game and when I went home I removed the seal and opened the case and there was no disk. So I went all the way back to EB Games and finally after a long wait I got the disk. Also yesterday when I walked in the store I bought Jetmoto 2 for Playstation. When I got home I removed the seal and looked at the disk it was a disk for a different game of which I did not like and on the front it clearly said JETMOTO 2. With my heavy work hours, school, and having to use the public transit because I don’t have a car, It is nearly impossible for me to go back and get it exchanged. Last but not least a few times I go to EB Games to buy a game and either they cannot find the disk or the game case and have to either choose a different item or wait for a long time after going all the way to the store. So in conclusion I find the service at EB games is quite terrible and the products need way better organization. I find that I am going to tell everyone I know to not go to EB Games and Boycott them and also I will tell everyone on the internet on every website and blog to boycott them as well. Also I will tell them if they really want to get a game they can get it from online, PNP games, Microplasy, Hmv…. And the list continues. I find Ebgames is unsatisfactory, and no one should ever go there again because of their terrible organization and unsupportive service.
