With March Break fast approaching, many parents are left with the task of planning a variety of fun activities for their kids to enjoy during this time. Xbox Canada is taking steps to help parents with this dilemma by launching their Xbox 360 "Best March Break Ever" Tour across Canada.For this tour, Xbox Canada has selected 4 locations with corresponding dates for each event. They are:
• Centre Pointe Claire, Montreal, PQ -- March 5-8, 2009
• Richmond Centre, Richmond, B.C. -- March 12-15, 2009
• Ontario Science Centre, Toronto, ON -- March 19-22, 2009
• Market Mall, Calgary, AB -- March 26-29, 2009
These events will be comprised of four family friendly interactive zones that will feature games such as Rock Band 2, Scene It! Box Office Smash, You're In The Movies and Lips. This highly interactive experience will also include tutorials on various features of the Xbox 360 and it's entertainment capabilities beyond gaming. There will also be a focus on utilizing the Xbox 360's Family settings.
In addition, families that participate in all four interactive zones will receive a $25 EB Games retail coupon for use towards the purchase of a Xbox 360 Arcade, Pro or Elite system.
Families will also have the opportunity to enter a contest for the chance to win the ultimate party with 30 of their family and friends. Xbox Canada will provide the goods to throw the party - which includes an Xbox 360 system, select games, catering and professional cleanup crew. In addition, after the party, the winner will get to keep the Xbox 360 (Pro) system along with the package of games - Scene It! Box Office Smash, You're In The Movies and Lips.
