Getting Connected With a Canadian LAN Party Guru

I had an opportunity to sit down and chat with the team behind Sun & Gun, a Canadian-based console LAN party by the folks at Eh Button that took over the Blackfoot Inn in Calgary this past weekend. There were plenty of lurid zombies, wanna-be rock stars and even a feral Brazilian street fighter with green skin. All in a weekend's gaming I say.

It featured tournaments for many popular console games including Left 4 Dead, Rock Band 2, NHL '09, and Street Fighter IV. The event took months of planning, including many restless nights but according to Nolan all the effort was well worth it.

I post articles on the Future Shop Tech Blog three times weekly and since the majority of them are Canadian-focused I thought NextGen Player readers might also be interested in checking them out.
