On Thursday Alice and I had a chance to visit the Microsoft HQ for some hands-on time with Halo 3: ODST. I took a bunch of photographs and wrote about the experience over on the Future Shop Tech Blog.
From the article:
"Inside the gaming room there was three major stations -- a single-player campaign area, a co-op campaign area, and a Firefight co-op area. Since we only had limited time at the event we decided to check out the brand new co-op mode Firefight to see what it had to offer. To basic set-up is this: up to 4 players can test their might against endless wave-after-wave of Covenent rounds with survival as the goal. The catch is, you only have a limited amount of lives as a team and every time one of your members perish, your pooled life count takes a hit."
