Next week marks the beginning of March Break for Canadian public schools and the timing couldn't be more perfect for young Pokémon fans. To kick the launch of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver into high-gear, Nintendo of Canada issued an invite today for Pokémon fans to come out and celebrate the new games the afternoon of March 14th. The company will be hosting launch events in Toronto and Montreal which will feature demo stations, a Pokémon character colouring zone, and a Pokémon photo booth.
Guests will also have the chance to win a Nintendo DSi system and copies of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver versions, along with other giveaways.

Oh one more thing, guests will also have a chance to test out the new Pokéwalker accessory which is described as "a special pedometer that you carry with you that lets you take Pokémon fun wherever you go".
